This is the vertical run up 52 floors in Emirates Towers.
Dubai’s original vertical race is one of the most popular fundraising events since 2003. A charitable run up the 52 floors, 1334 steps, and 265 meters of the prestigious Jumeirah Emirates Towers Offices, it is an official race of the Dubai Sports Council, in aid of Al Jalila Foundation to support Obesity Research in the UAE.
Dubai Holding SkyRun 2017 is the inaugural race of the Vertical World Circuit 2017 organised by the International Skyrunning Federation, which brings together the world's most iconic skyscraper races to create a year-round calendar of global vertical races. Dubai plus another nine iconic skyscrapers in prestigious global cities feature in the 2017 Vertical World Circuit including London, New York, Paris, Manila, Sydney, Beijing, Shanghai, Osaka and Hong Kong.
